Terms and Conditions of doing business with Entity Deep Music publishing (PTY) Ltd and any Entity Deep (PTY) Ltd affiliated companies.
T&Cs for distribution
By conducting business with Entity Deep and its affiliated companies you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Distribution and Publishing
1.1 Music distribution services through EntityDeep Media Agency does not guarantee placement within playlists and/or featured charts which include any of the major DSPs.
1.2 Royalties are paid out at intervals of 6 months each year given that they exceed R1000 for each payment cycle, noted as payment threshold, sales under R1000 will be retained and paid when release or catalog passes threshold.
1.3 Royalties administered by SAMRO and SAMPRA will be paid directly to all parties to release and/or contract.
1.4 Royalties administered by CAPASSO will be administered at the same cycle as distribution royalties however paid as when received with no minimum threshold on publishing royalties.
1.5 Royalty schedule is noted as December and June of each year for both mechanical and publishing royalties, where sync royalties are paid immediately upon receipt payment from client followed by invoice from publishing client. Under this term of service, royalty statements are issued on statements from DSPs collated at periods of which DSPs release statistics and payments to EntityDeep Media Agency and/or Entity Deep Music Publishing.
